  • Michael co-founded Vibrant in 2017 intending to create colourful and energetic content that packs a punch. His key strengths lie in cinematography and post-production, ensuring a high standard of work across all campaigns.

    As Creative Director, Michael oversees visual executions at all stages from ideation right through to post-production trickery.

  • South African born and raised, Kevin brings sixteen years of international experience to the team. Designer by education, Kevin spent many years as a photographer in the South African music scene before moving to Ireland to work as a photographer, director and all round creative on some of the world's most exciting brands. He is known for his quirky style as a photographer and his meticulous attention to detail in everything he does.

  • Francois brings his 13 years of extensive, hands-on, practical and a deep variety of experience to the team. He has worked on TVCs, large scale live music events, documentaries, dramas and social content.

    Working on both agency and production sides throughout the years he intimately understands workflows and practical production requirements while shooting engaging, eye catching visuals. He has produced work for brands such as Google, Club Orange, Jameson Whiskey, Facebook, Amazon and Heineken among many more.

  • Karl is a Philippine-born editor with a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to create impactful social-first content. He brings his skills in post-production to the table: video editing, motion graphics & colour grading. Since joining the team at Vibrant, he has edited content for notable brands such as AIB, Therapie, An Post, Electric Picnic & Tesco.

    He’s also absolutely deadly at throwing an axe.

  • Cara is a visual storyteller focused on impactful narratives across advertising and film. A graduate of the National Film School of Ireland with a major in directing, she has worked across documentary, commercial and social content.

    She first gained recognition documenting the Republic of Ireland Women's National Team's historic journey to their first FIFA Women's World Cup. While football introduced many people to her work, it was never the subject that interested her most - it was the people behind it.

  • Herman’s mind is a fusion of strategic thinking and conceptual solutions. His curious mindset and background in branding allows him to ask critical questions that ensures every creative decision serves the brief and the brand.

    With 9+ years of experience in commercial filmmaking and brand building by means of video content, Herman has had the pleasure of working closely with companies like Red Bull, ASICS and Netflix among many others.

    Herman simply can’t bear to bring imagery to life without a larger purpose in mind. His understanding that a great concept needs to be more than eye-candy drives him to create.

    He effortlessly moulds his work to suit the visual world of the brand he works with. Being attentive to the execution of the project allows him to craft a journey for viewers to experience.
